The second round of the relaunched UK PADEL Masters Series lands at Padel Hub Fleet on 21–22 November, and entry is open to any player who wants a go at a national competition. If Swansea in October is too far to travel, Hampshire gives players across the South East and the Home Counties a much shorter drive.
We covered the relaunch in our Swansea round guide. This piece picks up from there with the practical questions for Fleet: who can play, how to get an entry in, and what a Masters weekend looks like.
When and where is the Fleet round?
The Fleet round runs 21–22 November 2026 at Padel Hub Fleet, Unit 3 Beacon Hill Logistics Park, GU52 8DY. It is the South East stop.
UK PADEL, which delivers the series in partnership with the LTA, has published the full 2026/27 season:
- 10–11 October 2026 – Swansea, Jaxx Padel (South West)
- 21–22 November 2026 – Fleet, Padel Hub (South East)
- 16–17 January 2027 – Glasgow, Racket Barn (North, Grade 2)
- 19–20 February 2027 – Albufeira, Padel Blu (Portugal)
- 13–14 March 2027 – Masters Finals, Padel Hub, Tonbridge Wells (Grade 2)
Fleet also hosted a round last season, on 22–23 November 2025, when 160 players competed across the age groups. The venue has form for running this event.
Who can enter the Fleet round?
Anyone can enter through the LTA site. No previous Masters appearance or county or regional representation is needed, only a partner.
That is a change from the debut season, when the qualifying rounds seeded pairs from LTA rankings and the entry form was a register-your-interest page. This time UK PADEL says newcomers are welcome. You will need an LTA account and membership number to enter an LTA competition, so set that up before entries close.
Which categories are on offer?
There are five: Open, O40, O50, O60 and O70, each with a men’s and a women’s draw. All five run at every round of the season.
Open and O70 are new for 2026/27, and they replace the old six-bracket line-up (O35 to O60). In practice that means a strong Open-level player, a 45-year-old regular and a 72-year-old former county champion can all find a draw at the same venue on the same weekend. If you are unsure which bracket suits you, the age categories are set by LTA age rulings, so check your eligibility on the entry page.
How do I enter?
Find the UK PADEL Masters South East event on the LTA competitions site, pick your category and complete the online entry with your partner.
Check the listing for the entry deadline and fee. We could not find either published on UK PADEL’s own site, so we are not going to guess. Two practical points from the series so far:
- You enter as a pair, so agree a partner before you start.
- UK PADEL’s own Masters page still carries the 2025–26 details (a passport requirement and the old six age groups), so treat the LTA listing as the current word on eligibility.
What does a Masters weekend look like?
Expect two days of pairs padel at one venue, with a draw per category. Last season used small round-robin groups, then semi-finals and a final.
We have not seen the 2026/27 format confirmed, so treat that as last year’s pattern only. In 2025–26 the ideal was around 12 pairs per tournament, in four groups of three, with the top two from each group going through to the knockouts. Winners and runners-up at each qualifier earned a place in the finals. Whether the relaunched series keeps that qualification route is worth checking on the entry page, because the season now finishes with the Masters Finals at Padel Hub Tonbridge Wells on 13–14 March.
Our Masters Series explainer covers the debut season in detail, and the recap of the 2026 finals shows how it ended up.
What is Padel Hub Fleet like?
Padel Hub Fleet is an indoor venue in a Beacon Hill logistics park, with a bar, a shop and coaching on site, and courts bookable on Playtomic.
The club is open from 08:00 on weekdays and Saturdays and 09:00 on Sundays. If you want to get used to the surroundings before tournament weekend, book a session there in the weeks beforehand. Playing a few sets on the actual courts, with their bounce and glass, is the cheapest preparation you can do. For other places to play nearby, our Basingstoke padel guide and Surrey padel guide cover other places to play in the area.
Should you enter?
Yes, if you play regularly and have a reliable partner. Fleet is a low-risk way to try organised competition for the first time.
You get two days, a proper draw and possibly a venue you already know. Check the LTA listing for the deadline, agree your partner and get your LTA membership in order this week.
